Till this pasuram, Andal and other Gopikas assembled, visited ten Gopikas with different personalities. Now they proceed to wake up son of Nandagopalan, Lord Krishna and residents of the mansion.
Andal and Gopkikas approach Nandagopalan's mansion, with arches decorated with ornaments and request the guard to open the doors so that they could get the drum, which charming Lord Krishna wearing blue-Sapphire, had promised to give to children of Gokulam.
They also tell the guard that they have come to sing the glory of Lord Krishna with a pure heart and awaken him. They also request the guard not to disappoint them by refusing to let them in nor have any arguments on the topic.
According to purvacharya vyakyanam, "கோயில்காப் பானே!", "கொடித்தோன்றும் தோரண வாயில்காப் பானே!" and "நென்னலே வாய்நேர்ந்தான்" refer to Thirumanthram, Dwayam and Charma slogam
Andal refers to the inner purity as the Gopikas have come with full faith in ragasya thrayam and full faith in Lord Krishna.
Andal referes to Lord Krishna as "Nayagan", savior of Gokulam.
