This Stothram named as Parthasarathi suprabatham also covers all Pancha Moorths' namely Lord Parthasarathi, Lord Thelliasinger (Narasimha), Lord Rama, Lord Ranganatha, Lord Varada and Vedavalli Thaayar.  Also Nammazhwar, Andal, Bhavat Ramanuja and Manavala Mamunigal Thanians  in the end. Learnt from a Chanting by Dr. M A Venkatakrishnan scholar and leader of Divya Prabandha Goshti, Thiruvallikeni Sri Parthasarathi temple.

Melukote ( Thirunarayanapuram) is built on rocky hills, known as Yadugiri, Yaadavagiri and Yadushailadeepa, overlooking the Cauvery valley In Mandya District. This temple is 1000 years old. This Vaishnava temple shrine was established by Bhagavath Ramanuja with the help of local King and is considered as Then Badri.

Famous festival Vairamudi takes place once a year. Since 2007 I tried to visit places where Bhagavath Ramanuja had undertaken Yatra such as Sriperambudur, Kanchi, Srirangam, Thirukurungudi, Srikoormam, Thiruvanathapuram and Thirunarayanapuram. Finally I got an opportunity to visit this Temple on Chithirai Thiruvathirai Day. I had darshan of Very beautiful Thiru Cheluva Narayana moolavar deity and Sri. Samapth Kumar’s utsavar deity as well as that of Thaamar Ugantha Thirumeni of Bhagavath Ramanuja.

There is Kalyani pushkarini and yoga Naraslmhar temple on the top of a hill.

I had planned to visit this temple this year but Cheluva Narayana's sankalpam is different.

Due to current situation across the globe and Social distancing rules, all public places including, Temples are all closed. Not sure how long this situation would continue. Hope Gods shower their grace and the situation returns to normal in decent time and all the people are blessed   

This  is a poem addressed to Lord Venkatesa which is practically empty which normally has 100k + devotees thronging the temple premises on a daily basis.

I have visited  many temples in Tanjore and  Kumbakonam but somehow  I have mangaed to skip this temple in Mannarkudi for Sri Vidhya Rajagopalan. This is a Abhimaana Sthalam. Manavala Mamunigal had a visit to this temple. Hope I get an opportunity to visit this temple. Here is a song on Rajagopala Swamy.

Greatful To a Parrot (Pachchai Varna Kili)

Lord Ranganatha kula Deivam of Ishvaku Vamsam, was  donted to Vibeeshana by Lord Rama. While on his way to Lanka, Vibheeshana stops on the banks of Kaveri. Lord Ranganatha decides to stayback  in Srirangam on banks of Cauveri and Kollidam but promises to recline on Adisesha facing southwards blessing Vibheeshana and Lanka. Chola King Dharma Varma constructs a grand temple for Lord Ranganatha in Srirangam. 

Once during floods the temple with Vimanam get washed away and buried in sand.  A parrot ( Pachchai varna Kili)  points to  the location of Lord Ranganatha to Chola King

 murmuring a sloka on Lord Ranganatha.  Later the Chola King resetablishes the temple earns the tittle " Killi Varma Chozha" and also buils a mandap iside the emple titles "kili Mandapam" in honor of that parrot.

The attached song is tribute to that parraot.

When I looked at the 2018 Kolu at our home my attention got focussed on Lord Ranganatha Bommai reclining on Athisesha. that we bought in Mylapore this July. I was wondering which of the five Ranaganatha temple it represented. Lord Ranganatha has five temples on the banks of Cauveri river namely Athi Ranga (Sriranga Patnam), Madya Rangam (Srirangam), Koviladi ( Appa kudathan), Chthurtharangam (Sarangapani, Kumbakonam) and Parimala Rangan(Inthalur). My flashback went to my previous visits to these Lord Ranga Natha temples and my thoughts came out ii a poem " Entha Rangan Vanthano" and finally voted for Lord Ranganatha of Bhuloka Vaikundam Srirangam.
