When any one wants to know about a guru, he needs to be introduced by someone who had greater understanding abou his work, teachings, glory etc. This time we learn about the guru through his Suprabatham Stothram

We all have heard Venkateswara Suprabatham being chanted early morning to wake up Lord Venkatesa. Same way how do we wake up a Jagathacharyan, who lived close to 1000 years back?

Manavala Mamunigal commanded one of his Ashtathigajangal, Sri

 Prathivathi Bhayangaram Annangrachariar of Kanchipuram to

 compose a suprabatham for Lord Venkatesa. Sri Annangrachariar

 incuded the above two lines to start the Sri Venkatesa

Suprabatham. Late Smt. M.S. Subbulakshmi popularized this

Suprabatham with her sweet voice and Bhava. 

I am assuming ( I may be corrected) that the same Annangrachariar

composed Bhagavat Ramanujar Suprabatham presumably under

instructions from Manavala Mamunigal.

Bhagavath Ramanuja was always under divine grace of Kanchi Varadaraja, Under full compassion of Lord Ranganatha of Srirangam, An avatar of Adhisesha and a very dear one  to Thiruvengadamudayan. 

When any one wants to know about a guru, he needs to be introduced by someone who had greater understanding abou his work, teachings, glory etc. 

How to visualize a guru in physical form, who lived for 120 years, 999+ years back. Govinda Bhattar, a maternal Cousin of Bhagavath Ramanuja, also known as Embar remained a shadow of Bhagavat Ramanuja and close confident too. If any one can describe the beauty of Bhagavat Ramanuja well, there was no one better qualified than Embar.

Govindat Bhatta was a maternal cousin of Bhagavat Ramanuja  It was Govinda Bhatta  who saved Bhagavat Ramanuja from the evil plans of Yadhava Prakasa, His guru. Govinda Bhatta gets attached to Lord Shiva and starts serving in Kalahasti Temple. Bhagavat Ramanuja wants Govinda Bhatta back in his fold so he requests Thirumalai Nambi to help. Finally Thirumalai Nambi brings Govinda Bhatta to Thirumalai and initiates back in Sri Vaishnavam. Govinda Bhatta Joins Bhagavat Ramanuja at Srirangam and takes sanyasam with blessings of Bhagavat Ramanuja and earns the name Embar.

Embar remained a shadow of Bhagavat Ramanuja and close confident too. If any one can describe the beauty of Bhagavat Ramanuja well, there was no one better qualified than Embar.

This is stotra offering Prapatti (Surreder) to Bhagavath Ramanuja also called as Sri. Bhashyakara.

In this stotram, Praptti is offered to Bhashyakara ( Bhagavath Ramanuja), who was always under divine grace of Kanchi Varadaraja, Under full compassion of Lord Ranganatha Of Srirangam, An avatar of Adhisesha and a very dear one  to Thiruvengadamudayan. Bhashyakar was always seen with kasahaya robe, with Urdva Pundram ( Thiruman in 12 locations n the body) and Tri thandam.

• करोल्लसितोध्वपुण्ड्र  Shining with Srivaishanava Marks ( Thiruman Kappu) at 12 locations on the body

Sri Ramanuja Chatusloki

Chatusloki composed by Ananathazhwan  glorifies Sri Ramanuja in four stanzas. Ananthazhwan pays tribute to Bhagavath Ramanuaja at his Abodes in Srirangam, Thirumala, Hastigiri and Yadavadri, the four major temples Bhagavath Ramanuaja was associated with.

Anandhazhwan says

Bhagavtha Ramanuja is very compassionate to those who surrender to him with unswerving faith and devotion and blesses them with Bhagavath and Bhagavatha kainkarya opportunities

Bhagavath Ramanuja is very capable of handling both non-believers and believers with doubts ina skill full way with his intellectual mastery.

Bhagavath Ramanuja who has mastered the fundamentals saastras, smritis, Vedas and Vedanta out of compassion and mercy written commentary to Bramaha Sutra titled "Sri Bhasyam".

Bhagavath Ramanuja lake sun removes darkness of ignorance. Just as fire burns woods, Bhagavath Ramanuja annihilates the fear in his followers. Bhagavath Ramanuja send Sri Sookthis to his followers Just as moon spreads cool rays.

The devotees Who chant the ChatuSloki stand to gain His love and devotion to His lotus feet.
