Bhuthathazhwar's Irandaam Thiruvandhadhi (2251) Pasuram 7.10
Azhwars have done Managalasasanam for some Divya Desams very elaborately. For example all 11 Azhwars have sung in praise of Srirangam( Divya Desam 1), Ten Azhwars have sung in praise of Thiruvengadam ( Divya Desam 75) and Thiruparkadal ( Divya Desam 107). Managasasanam to as many as 67 Divydesams was done by one of the eleven Azhwars only.
Mangalasasanam depending on how elaborate it is, covered the one or more of following aspects
The pasuram presented below is by Bhoothathazhwar. Bhoothath Azhwar was found in a liquorice flower in Maamallapuram. He had profound knowledge of Lord Sriman Narayana's five forms of supreme, cosmic, incarnations, indweller and consecrated images(idols). He had composed 100 pasurams of Irandam Thiruvandhadhi
In this Pasuram "தமருள்ளம் தஞ்சை தலையரங்கம் தண்கால்", Thirumangai Azhwar offers Mangalasasanam to the Lords of Thiru Thajai, Thiru manikundram and Thiru Thanjayali Divya Desams. Thirumangai Azhwar says " Lord Sriman Narayana, who is capable of destroying enemies, has taken Archavatars and resides in The Divya Desams such as Thanjai Mamani Kovil, Thiruvarangam, Thiru thankaal, Thiruvengadam, Thirukkadan Mallai and Thirukkudanthai . I addition he resides in Thiruparkadal (Milky ocean) and in the Hearts of Devotees"
