Nammazhwar Pasuram and Thiruman Kappu
Whenever
I see the Ghosti of Learned Pundits with
Pannerendu( Twelve) Thiruman Kappu reciting Dravida Vedam. I am reminded of
Nammazhwar’s Thiruvaaimozhi Thirumozhi (2.7) starting with “Kesavan Thamar”. Thiruman
And Srichurnam representing Divya Thamapthis gives protection and hence known Thiruman
Kappu. The Diagram Below shows the
locations where in the body the Thiruman Kappu is placed and the Twelve names of the the Divya thamapthis for each location and the Pasuram from Tiruvaaimozhi 2.7. The Audio in both Santhai And non-santhai style is attached
