Sri Varadaraja Stotram from Narada Purana

- One who protects those follow the path of Satya ( Truth)
- Hari who is the Lord of Hasthigiri
- One who is capable of removing obstacles
- One worshipped By Brahmma by performing Aswamedha yagna
- One who stopped the flow of river vegavathi ( Saraswathi came as Vegathi to stop the Yagna of Brahmma)
- One who came in the form of Lord Yathothkari to protect the damage from Vegavathi
- One who gave darshan as Lord varadaraja in Punyakoti Vimana to Brahmma
- One gives darshan with abayahastha
- One who adorns Vanamala ( Flowers from forest)
- One who gives darshan with conch and Chakra
- One who protects those surrendered to him
