Let us dwell on the Forty-Eighth Pasuram of Ramanuja Nootrandhdhi.

This pasuram is more a sequel to the previous pasuram where in Amudhanar gleefully claims that there is no one can match him in the receipt of grace from Bhagavath Ramanuja.  In this pasuram Amudhanar handles the question what would happen, if either Bhagavath Ramanuja or Amudhnar happen to move away from one another. Amudhanar says " You possess such greatness that is the topic of discussion amongst great souls of the land. I do not have a refuge other than your grace. Even you grace can  find satisfaction only in the surrender of lowly person like me. This way both of us stand to gain from this bondage. If this the fact, what is the use of your trying to get away from me?"
