Let us dwell on the Forty-Sixth Pasuram of Ramanuja Nootrandhdhi.

In this pasuram Amudhanar says that Nammazhwar composed Thiruvoimozhi as essence of Rig veda to defeat six faiths namely Dheha athmavadhi, Deha pareenum athmavadhi, Vijnaan athmavadhi, Sunya Vadhi, Adwaitha vadhi and Siva Parathwa vadhi. Amudhanar says that Bhagavath Ramanuja, well vesed in Thiruvoimozhi took pity on his ignorance and entered his heart to make him comfortable and enable Amudhanar to take refuge in Him
