Azhwars have done Mangalasasanam for some Divya Desams very elaborately. For example all 11 Azhwars have sung in praise of Srirangam( Divya Desam 1), Ten Azhwars have sung in praise of Thiruvengadam ( Divya Desam 75) and Thiruparkadal ( Divya Desam 107). Managasasanam to as many as 67 Divydesams  was done by one of the eleven Azhwars only

The pasuram presented below by Thirumangai Azhwar (Parakalan)  is  the Sarngam (bow) amsam of Srimana Narayana. He holds the distinction of having sung the most number of pasurams than the rest of the Azhwars. Also Thirumangai Azhwar has performed Mangalasasanam at 86 Divya Desams, the maximum by any Azhwar.

In this Peria Thirumozhi Pasuram " கிடந்த நம்பி குடந்தை மேவிக் கேழ லாயுலகை " , Thirumangai Azhwar performs  Mangalasasanam to trahe Lord of Thirunaiyur .   Thirumangai Azhwar received pancha samskaram from Thirunaraiyur Nambi and so he had special attachment to the Lord of Thirunaraiyur Divya Desam and sung 110 pasurams. In this pasuram. Thirumanagai Azhwar glorifies the feats of Lord Sriman Nrayana and the Ashtakashara Manthram "Om Namo Narayanaya". Thirumangai Azhwar says chanting the names of the Lord who reclines on serpent bed at Thirukudanthai, the Lord who took Varaha(Boara) Avatar to retrieve the world from Hirayyaksha, the Lord who is capable of fulfilling all wishes, the Lord who vanquished and demolished Ravana's army of demons and the Lord who measured both upper and Lower worlds with his two feet, is accomplished by chanting Thirumanthram. Usage of  "கிடந்த, இடந்த, கடந்த, நடந்த"  associated with "நம்பி"  not only reflects his literary skills but he also uses it to refer to Lord of Thirunaraiyur Nambi.
