Ongi Ulagalantha Uththaman Per Padi ஓங்கி உலகளந்த உத்தமன் பேர்பாடி
Having
prayed to Para Vasudevan annd Vyuha Vasudevan in the first two pasurams, Andal in
the third pasuram
pays tribute to Vibhava Avatar, Lord Trivikraman as Uththaman, as he
is none other than Prushoththaman. Andal advises her troupe to sing the divine
glories
of Uththaman. Andal
Prays to Lord Trivikrama to bless the land with three rain
falls.
One rainfall for the Vedic scholars, one rainfall for the virtuous folks and
one rainfall
for
blessing the King who rules and upholds justice. Andal expects these rains would
be
free the land from the perils of floods and drought, and enable produce rich
and wealthy
with
crops, cattle and abundant milk. While Andal prays for the welfare of people, She pleads
for Krishanubhavam for
