Andal dedicates this pasuram
to worship Vyuha
Avatar of Sriman Narayana namely Vyuha Vasudevan reclining on Adhisesha
in Parkadal. Andal lays down the rules for observation
of Nonbu namely
1) perform ordained duties regularly
2) Not consume dairy products such as Milk, Ghee etc. during Nonbu Period.
3) Take bath early morning.
4) Follow the advice of Purcaharys and elders.
5) Not talk ill of others, all
times
6) Not indulge in acts that bring about
Discredit.
Andal suggests these measures to focus on Sriman Narayana and spiritually elevate
themselves
