Azhwars have done Mangalasasanam for some Divya Desams very elaborately. For example all 11 Azhwars have sung in praise of Srirangam( Divya Desam 1), Ten Azhwars have sung in praise of Thiruvengadam ( Divya Desam 75) and Thiruparkadal ( Divya Desam 107). The pasuram presented below by Thirumangai Azhwar (Parakalan)  is  the Sarngam (bow) amsam of Srimana Narayana. He holds the distinction of having sung the most number of pasurams than the rest of the Azhwars. Also Thirumangai Azhwar has performed Mangalasasanam at 86 Divya Desams, the maximum by any Azhwar.
